Privacy policy

Relax My Pup ("we", "us") operates relaxmypup.com. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit. The short version: we don't ask you for personal information, we don't have accounts or a mailing list, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect directly
Nothing. This site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter signup, no contact form, and no comments. There is no field anywhere on this site for you to type personal information into, so we do not collect, store, or sell any.
If you choose to email us, we will have whatever you put in that email. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
What happens automatically
Three third parties are involved in serving this site to you. Each receives your IP address as an unavoidable part of delivering content over the internet:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security and CDN services. It processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) and may set strictly necessary cookies to detect abusive traffic. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading them sends a request to Google's servers, which receives your IP address and user agent. See Google's privacy policy.
- Amazon serves product images on our shop page where that feature is enabled. See Amazon's privacy notice.
We do not currently run Google Analytics or any comparable analytics or advertising tracker. If that changes, we will update this page before turning it on.
Affiliate links and cookies
This site earns commission through affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure for the full explanation.
When you click one of those links, the destination site (Amazon, Native Pet, Woof, or another partner) typically sets a cookie in your browser recording that you arrived from us, so that a resulting purchase is credited to us. That cookie is set by them, on their domain, under their privacy policy — not by us. We never receive your name, address, payment details, or order contents. We only ever see aggregate commission reports, which tell us that a sale happened, not who made it.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so does not affect your price or your ability to buy — it only means we don't get credited.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the UK and EU, and the CCPA/CPRA in California — you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information a business holds about you, and to opt out of its sale.
We hold no personal information about our visitors, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete, and we have never sold or shared personal information — we have none to sell. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we'll delete it.
For data held by Cloudflare, Google, or an affiliate partner, please contact them directly using the links above — they are the controllers of that data, not us.
Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, a mailing list, or anything else that changes the answers above, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top before the change goes live.
